On the 22nd of August i posted about the cleaning up of the graffiti under th bridge and how the whitewash was arguably more unsightly. Well guess what? the “artists” now have a clean backdrop and are using markerpens. I would have taken pictures but for the fear of offending someone, but then that is probably the result they are after.
If this was your village, and respectively it is, but if the decision was yours and yours alone how would you tackle it?
I think it has to come down to improving the area so it is less likely to be abused, but what do you do with this poor old bridge,? Maybe we should just give the area to the kids and say make it yours and give them some funding, a youth club they create themselves?
Come on, what would you do?
