Did you catch that totally ubelievable picture of Our County Council Leader on a bike in Septembers issue of Leicestershier matters? I know he likes to be seen to be doing something positive, but please!
Having had the necessity to call on this mans services to Leicestershire I can honestly say how useless he was to me. He has an ego bigger than Simon Cowell, (for those of you who do not watch the X Factor) it is HUGE!. He is arrogant and impersonal, making a call his first words were, “Parsons here”, says it all really expecting everyone to know who he is and then bow to his whim. The best bit however was when he had to then explain who he was.
Has anyone else had dealings with him? was it positive or negative?

Came across your comments on David Parsons which were posted today. I suppose I would be accused of bias if I were to answer your questions since I am leader of the opposition at county hall (Labour). good that you actually voiced your reaction rather than the usual british reticence about upsetting anyone so keeping silent. Keep up the good work informing Kirby what’s going on.
