Seen Carl at the Castle last night, although he wasn't downing the alcohol he was certainly in the New Year cheer! It was evident he was lacking a bit of presence but after 3 days of manic eating to reinstate his recent weight loss (a minor set back) and a 2 week rest off the cast iron, he is ready to punish the iron at his home gym on the 4th. Peace to all and keep pumping. Dont worry Carl, me and Ronnie have ya back kid! Thank you for this recent burst of encouragement for my ex training partner.
